Christine Cavanaugh, 51, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2014. Christine was a voice-over artist, best known for her roles as the voice of “Babe” in the 1995 hit movie and as “Chuckie Finster” in the popular Nickelodeon cartoon show “Rugrats”. She was also renowned for providing the voices of “Gosalyn Mallard” in “Darkwing Duck”, “Dexter” in “Dexter’s Laboratory”, “Lucky Piquel” in “Rescue Rangers”, “Marty Sherman” in “Hey Arnold!” and “Otis” in “Cats Don’t Dance”. Christine also had roles in movies like “Beethoven” as “Emily” and had a recurring part in the show “Meego”. Christine is survived by her parents, her brother, and many friends in the voice-acting industry. Her contribution to the world of animation, voicing some of the most beloved animated characters of all time, will be remembered and cherished.
