It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Farrah Fawcett on June 25, 2009. Charismatic and beloved, Farrah was an accomplished actress, best known for her role in the popular show Charlie's Angels, and artwork that was displayed throughout the world. Born Farrah Leni Fawcett on February 2, 1947 in Corpus Christi, Texas, Farrah was a model, an Emmy Award nominee, an author, and an artist. Farrah attended University of Texas at Austin, worked as a waitress and made her acting debut in commercials. Presently based in Los Angeles, Farrah was successful in her career, but most importantly, her strong spirit and kind heart made her close friends, family and fans adore her dearly. We have lost a beautiful soul. May Farrah rest in peace.
