Born August 21st, 1962 in Itsukaichi.
Died June 17th, 2008 at 45 years old in Tokyo Detention House (hanging to death). [ref]
It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Tsutomu Miyazaki, who passed away at the age of 45 on June 17, 2008. Born in Tokyo, Japan, Tsutomu was a young and thoughtful child and was always considerate of others. He grew to become an intelligent and inspiring individual. Throughout his life, Tsutomu faced many struggles. However, he never waivered and lived courageously up until his death. His passing has left a deep void in our lives but will continue to be remembered and cherished by those who knew him. A beloved father, son, brother, and friend, Tsutomu will be deeply missed.
