Terry Kath, born on December 31, 1946, passed away on January 23, 1978. He is remembered as a talented musician, singer, and guitarist. A Chicago native, Terry Kath was best known for his work in the popular 1970s rock band, 'Chicago', where he exhibited his skills in singing, guitar playing, and songwriting. A natural entertainer, Terry Kath's talent was award-winning; he won the RIAA's Most Valuable Player Award from 1970 to 1975, and was included on Rolling Stone's list of the 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time in 2003. His work with Chicago left a lasting impact on the music industry. In his private life, Terry Kath was a family man with two daughters; he is survived by them as well as his former wife, Camelia. He will be remembered for his multitude of musical accomplishments.
