It is with profound sadness that we mourn the untimely passing of Sushant Singh Rajput, who died on Friday, June 14, 2020, at the age of 34. One of India’s rising stars in the film and television industry, Sushant made his breakthrough with the popular show Pavitra Rishta in 2009. He went on to become a household name within the Indian movie industry, appearing in a number of Bollywood films, including MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Chhichhore and Shuddh Desi Romance. He starred in the Netflix Original film, Drive, which released earlier this year. Born and raised in Bihar, India, Sushant was an intelligent and talented writer, dancer and actor. A recipient of several awards, Sushant was also a philanthropist and passionate admirer of Science. His loss will be remembered and deeply felt throughout the world.
