Sawyer Sweeten, beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away on April 23, 2015 at the age of 19. Sawyer was born in Texas on May 12, 1995. His short life was filled with joy, laughter, and love. He was known for his wonderful sense of humor, whip-smart quips, and a contagious naughtiness that endeared him to those around him. He was cast as Geoffrey Barone in Everybody Loves Raymond at the age of 4 and acted in the show for 9 seasons, for which he was well-known. He had an especially close relationship with costars Ray Romano and Patricia Heaton, who considered him a son. Sawyer will be deeply missed by his parents, Elizabeth and Edward Sweeten, as well as his older twin brother, Sullivan. He also leaves behind his older brother, Madison, his grandmothers and extended family. So long as the memories of Sawyer's life and the love he gave remains in our minds, he will never truly be gone.
