It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Evans of Miami Florida. Robert passed away October 26, 2019 at the age of 89 years. Robert was born July 2, 1930 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was a lifelong learner who received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. After college, he worked in and eventually became the CEO of a family-run business in the media sector. After retiring, Robert moved to Miami, Florida to enjoy the warm weather and spend time with his family. There he was an active member in the local community and was known to always lend a helping hand. In addition to his passion for work, Robert had a hardworking commitment to his faith. He could be found volunteering at places of worship like the local church in his neighborhood. Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Corina, his two children Bob and wife April, and Susan, his brother, Alan, his grandchildren Aaron and Emily, and their families. Robert will be remembered for his strong work ethic, commitment to faith, and his boundless generosity. He was most proud of the legacy he created for his family with his works of faith and generosity. Robert will be profoundly missed and forever remembered in our hearts.
