Ray Liotta, actor and much-beloved star of stage and screen, passed away on May 26th, 2022 at the age of 67. Liotta's career began in 1984 with a short role in the television movie “A Good Sport”. From there, he steadily pursued acting opportunities, appearing in films like “Something Wild” (1986), “Field of Dreams” (1989), and “Unlawful Entry” (1992). Liotta achieved worldwide fame for his iconic role as Henry Hill in Martin Scorsese's classic 1990 crime film “Goodfellas”. Beyond his box-office success, Liotta was well-known for his skillful, and often complex, performances. In addition to his film roles, he appeared on television shows such as “ER” and “Shades of Blue”, as well as a variety of Broadway productions. A resident of Los Angeles, CA, he was an avid sports fan and loved spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered by those he touched for his kindness, generosity, and unique talent. He is survived by his wife Michele and their three children, Amanda, Grace, and Jack.
