Norman Lloyd passed away peacefully on May 11, 2021 at the incredible age of 106. He was a beloved father, husband, grandfather, actor, director, and producer. Born in 1914, he began his career in the entertainment industry at the age of 14. He appeared in films, plays, and television shows over the course of his long career, including films such as Saboteur, Dead Poets Society and his iconic television appearances on ALF and St. Elsewhere. He was married for over 70 years to Belgian actress Peggy Lloyd until her death in 2011. Norman is survived by his son Charles Lloyd, his two grandsons and three great-grandchildren. Norman was an inspiration to us all, with a career spanning over ninety years. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched. He will be sorely missed.
