Michael Parks, whose work in television and film spanned over five decades, passed away on Monday, May 9th 2017, at the age of 77. He was best known for his roles in TV shows such as Twin Peaks and The X-files, and films like From Dusk till Dawn and Kill Bill: Volume 2. Throughout his career, Parks acted in over 100 various projects, and was praised for his range and versatility as an actor. His career highlights included acting alongside Robert Redford and Paul Newman in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and receiving an Emmy Award nomination in 1975 for his work in the miniseries The Blue Knight. Most recently, Parks worked in director and longtime collaborator, Kevin Smith's upcoming work. Parks is survived by his current wife and five grown children.
