It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Melinda Dillon on 9th January 2023, aged 83. Melinda is survived by her two daughters, Laura and Susan, and her grandchildren, David, Karen, and Elliot. She was born to Robert and Martha on October 12, 1939, in Washington, D.C. In her early twenties, she moved to Detroit, Michigan, where she befriended many of the people and worked at an accounting firm. Melinda rose to the role of manager at the accounting firm and was highly respected by her colleagues and held in high regard. Melinda was known to all for her unwavering commitment to her family, friends and community. She was an active member of her church and her local charity organisation. Melinda was deeply loved and will be remembered for her beautiful spirit of giving and her kind and generous heart. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who were lucky enough to have known her.
