The son of Sir Oswald Mosley - who was leader of the British Union of Fascists - and Diana Mitford, Mosley was born in London in 1940. He resigned from his post at the FIA and underwent a trial which he won. Following his retirement, Mosley continued to work as a safety advocate for motorsport, becoming an important advocate for the awareness of safety in the industry until his death.
