It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Jordan, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 67. Leslie Jordan was born on January 29, 1955 in Memphis, Tennessee and was a successful and beloved actor, writer, and comedian renowned for his roles in films such as “The Help”, “Sordid Lives”, and “The Cooler”. In 2006 he was honored with an Emmy Award for his guest role in “Will & Grace”. To those who knew him well, he was an incredible person, with a warm and inviting personality that was often remembered as the highlight of any social gathering. He was loved and admired by many, especially those closest to him. He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Peggy Jordan, and is survived by his two siblings, Lynn and Bill Jordan, who mourn his passing and remember him fondly. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
