Lee Sun-Kyun, a notable figure in the entertainment industry passed away on December 27, 2023 at the age of 48. Born on April 3, 1975 in South Korea, he made his acting debut in 1995 in the television drama “Propose.” He is best known for his roles in films including “My Insomnia,” “The Target,” and “Seven Years of Night.” He was also endeavor into directing with the film “Off Road.” Lee Sun-kyun received numerous awards and recognitions throughout his career. He won Best Actor at the 2021 Busan Film Critics Awards for his role in “My Insomnia”, and Best Actor by Korean Film Council in 2019 for “Ode to My Father”. He leaves behind his loving wife actress Jeon Yeo-bin and their son. May his legacy of success and talent live on.
