Enrique Camarena, age 37, of Mexico, passed away on February 7, 1985. He was a well-respected and hardworking law enforcement officer, who had a successful career in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). He played a major part in the efforts to disrupt drug trafficking and bring criminals to justice. He will be remembered for his unyielding dedication to serving the public good. He will be missed by all who knew him.
