Ken Berry, actor, singer, and dancer, passed away on December 1, 2018 at 85 years old. Ken was born November 3, 1933 in Moline, Illinois. From 1955 to 1960, he served in the US Army. It was during this time that he performed in the Special Services Division, traveling to over 10 countries with USO shows and acting in television and film. After returning from his service, Ken had a breakout role in 1968 as Captain Wilton Parmenter on the television show "F Troop." He went on to star in many roles on television, including "Mayberry RFD," "Mama's Family," and "The Carol Burnett Show." A well-rounded entertainer, Ken also had a successful career in singing and dance. In 1979, he put out his first album "At the Circle Ballroom," and later went on to perform dance at the Edinburg Festival. Ken's many talents over the years brought laughter and joy to people all around the world. He will be dearly missed.
