On October 14, 2022, Kay Parker, 78, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in the summer of 1944 in St. Louis, MO. Kay was well-known for her vivacious spirit and humor. She was an active member of the Auxiliary at her local VFW post. She enjoyed being an Auxiliary Officer, meeting with her fellow members, and helping Veterans in the community. Kay had a large circle of friends and was an avid reader who regularly participated in book clubs. She was also a lover of the outdoors, taking trips to the nearby mountains, going bird watching, or simply strolling in her garden. Kay was preceded in death by her husband Don and her son Junior. She is survived by her daughter Jennifer and four grandchildren. She will be remembered fondly by all who knew her for her kind and compassionate spirit, her immense generosity, and her unwavering wisdom. We are grateful for the time we were able to have with her and we will never forget her. Rest in peace.
