James Ingram, a beloved Grammy award-winning singer-songwriter, music producer, and actor, died peacefully at age 66 on 2019-01-29 00:00:00 UTC. James was best known for his unforgettable hits such as “One Hundred Ways” and “Just Once,” the latter of which earned him his first Grammy. He recorded duets with renowned artists such as Linda Ronstadt and Michael McDonald, among many others. Ingram was also a successful actor, appearing in the film “The Color of Money” and the television miniseries “The Trip to Bountiful.” James had a great passion for music, both performing and producing. He was highly influential in the music industry, and has been credited with inspiring today's contemporary music. He is remembered for his iconic voice and many contributions to the field of music.
