Greg Plitt, age 37, passed away on January 17, 2015. He was a widely known bodybuilder, personal fitness trainer, and actor. He appeared in several television shows and movies, most notably "Days of Our Lives" and "Terminator: Salvation." He also authored several books and was the founder of Met-Rx Engineered Nutrition. Plitt is survived by his mother, Patricia Plitt, and his sister, Bethany Plitt. He was admired by many for his accomplishments in bodybuilding, fitness, and entertainment. He will be remembered for his dedication to personal fitness and providing motivation for people to better their own lives.
