George Floyd, born 1973 and resident of Minneapolis, Minnesota, passed away on May 25th, 2020 at the age of 46. George was a beloved friend, colleague, and member of the community. He was passionate and enthusiastic for life, always striving to make the best of the situation. He was an inspiration to his friends and family, motivating them to follow their dreams. In his lifetime, he worked a variety of jobs ranging from teaching to being a security guard. In his free time, he loved to spend time with his family, listening to music, reading, and playing basketball. He will be lovingly remembered and sorely missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. May he rest in peace.
