Frank Lucas, 88, died on 2019-05-30. He was a trailblazer in the field of entrepreneurship and a prominent figure in his local community. Frank was born and raised in North Carolina and attended Fayetteville State University. After graduating, he held various jobs before settling into a career as an entrepreneur. He launched his first business, a dry cleaning service, in the early 1950s. In the years that followed, he established additional businesses, primarily in the construction industry. He was also heavily involved in philanthropy and made significant donations to numerous organizations throughout his lifetime. He was respected by many for his generosity and inspiring spirit of entrepreneurship. Frank is survived by his wife, sons, daughters, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His spirit of entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and generosity will live on in those he touched.
