Carl Tanzler, age 75, died on July 23rd, 1952 in Miami, Florida. Born in Dresden, Germany, Carl immigrated to the United States in the early 1920s. After moving to Florida, he worked as a radiologist at the United States Marine Hospital in Key West. Carl served in the United States Army during World War II and later returned to Key West. He became an important figure in the local community, meeting many influential people. Throughout his life, he was known for his knowledge and skill in the medical field. Tanzler was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, two children, and four grandchildren. He will be remembered for his medical expertise and service to his community.
